Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We opened our doors on October 10, 2010
Q: What are your store hours?
A: Our normal business hours are Monday from 12:00 – 6:00 pm, Tuesday – Friday from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Saturday 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Some Saturdays we open at 10:00 am when we are having an event that day. See our events calendar for more information.
Q: Where are you located?
A: On Lake Rd in Avon Lake across from the power plant is a strip mall called Beach Park Station. When you enter the shopping enter, drive straight back past the Tailgators bar and the Avon Lake Post Office. You will see Seeds of Wellness between the Avon Lake Liquor Store and the Pizza Cutter.
Q: Do I need to be concerned about Onyx?
A: When you come into the store, Onyx barks with excitement. We asked you to ignore her at that time by not trying to pet her or interact with her. By ignoring her, she calms down faster and will come up to you for attention.
Onyx does not bite but is learning better manners and customer service. When you don’t reward her for being excited, she learns that her excitement doesn’t result in attention.
Questions About Our Events and Services
Q: Do I need to call to reserve a spot in your events?
A: To guarantee you have a specific time or place at one of our events, it is best to call before the event to reserve the time that is best for you and to be sure the event is not filled.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins at your event?
A: Walk-ins are welcome. However, you are limited to the open times available for psychic readings and sessions with healers. If the group event is filled, we will not be able to accommodate you.
Q: Do you have healers available every day?
A: Our healers offer services at many locations, so we schedule particular dates each month for them to services at Seeds of Wellness. Please see our event calendar to see when healers are offers are offering sessions.
Reiki sessions are available doing store hours. Most Saturdays, Lynne offers nurse massage. Please call 440-933-7733 to set up a time for a session.
Q: Are any of your events free?
A: During the summer, we may offer a “Drum Circle”, which is free to attend. Please see our event calendar for this event.
Questions About Our Products
Q: Is the CBD you sell made from marijuana?
A: The CBD (Cannabidiol) products we sell come from Industrial Hemp, a cousin of marijuana that contains little to no THC (the chemical in marijuana that causes a “high”). We do not sell any products that contain detectable amounts of THC.
Q: What benefits will I get from CBD?
A: CBD helps people in a variety of ways: works as an anticonvulsant, reduces inflammation in the body and muscles, decreases pain (especially nerve and joint pain), slows down cell damage related to diabetes, reduces anxiety, improves depression and curbs desires, like nicotine.

Q: What types of CBD products do you offer?
A: We sell broad-spectrum and full-spectrum CBD tinctures (oils) and salves. Our CBD Gummies and E-liquids contain broad-spectrum CBD. We also carry roll-ons and bath bomb powders made with a CBD Isolate. We can special order products and products at higher CBD levels. Learn more on our CBD Products page.
Q: Do you sell any Vegetarian or Vegan products?
A: We offer skincare products and CBD items for vegetarians and vegans.
Q: Do you have all-natural products?
A: The Garden Variety salves, powders and lotions are 100% natural.
Q: Do you sell tarot cards and rune stones?
A: We offer a variety of tarot cards, oracle decks, and rune stones.
Q: What brands of incense do you sell?
A: Wildberry incense in sticks and cones is our main incense brand. We also sell Satya Sai Baba Nag Champa.
Q: Do you offer products made in the USA?
A: Most of our merchandise is made in the USA and many handmade in Ohio by local artisans.
Q: What essential oils do you sell?
A: We sell mostly single oils by doTERRA essential oils. If you need a specific essential oil, please call us. If we don’t have it in stock, we can order it for you. Your price includes the retail cost of the essential oil, and the cost of shipping.
Q: What gemstones do you offer?
A: Our gemstone selection includes many types of jaspers (red, picture, mookite, leapord, zebra, burgundy, etc.), quartz (crystal, rose, amethyst, citrine, etc.), agates, peacock ore, and more.
Q: What local artisan products do you sell?
A: Please see our “Artisans” web page for information about the local artisans offering their merchandise in our store.
Q: Can I sell my handmade products in your store?
A: Please set up an appointment to meet with Brenda and Lynne on a Saturday to show us your products. Your merchandise must help improve people’s overall well-being in some way to be considered for consignment with us.
Q: What house cleansing items do you sell?
A: You can purchase loose sage, sage bundles, palo santo wood, rose water, frankincense resin, smudge pots, smudge feathers, charcoal, and beach sand. Learn more on the “House Clearing Supplies” webpage.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to strict health standards we cannot refund or replace any opened perishable items including CBD products, essential oils, and e-liquids.
Any new and unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund as long as they are in salable condition. Music cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. Also, we don’t refund or replace gemstones.
If you paid by credit card or gift card, we’ll credit the account used for payment. Do not have the same credit card that you used to make your purchase? You’ll receive a store gift card for the appropriate amount.
If you don’t have your receipt, your return is eligible only for a store gift card for the lowest selling price within the previous 30 days in our store. Valid government ID is required for all non-receipted returns.

All personal information we collect is solely used to provide you quality customer service.
