I have had three crystal healing sessions with Donna & Patty (3rd House Celestial Communications). I highly recommend these sessions. My experience has been that Donna & Patty are very knowledgeable and so caring. I have found the sessions to be very relaxing and beneficial with swelling and aches in my hand. I would compare the sessions to an extremely deep guided meditation. The sessions are not guided meditations, but that is how I would compare the experience. For me the sessions are a very deep relaxing out of body experience, with my mind quiet and peaceful. And my mind has a lot of chatter! So, that in and of itself is awesome. I feel the sessions benefit my physical body, but I also feel my celestial body/spirit seems so much lighter/brighter afterward.
